Welcome to Trousdale Estates
Real estate developer Paul Trousdale, who built over 25,000 homes in Southern California during his career, is best known for creating the swanky Trousdale Estates enclave in Beverly Hills.
Construction started in the 1950s, and development continued through the 1970s. The community is made up primarily of one-story, mid-century modern homes created by architects like Richard Dorman, Wallace Neff, and Lloyd Wright. Each home was originally limited to span no more than 3,000 square feet and be no higher than one story in order to ensure that the stunning city views remained intact. The community’s architecturally stunning homes make it a top choice for architecture buffs.
What to Love
● Mid-Century Architecture: A unique opportunity to own an iconic mid-century home designed by prolific architects
such as Wallace Neff and Lloyd Wright.
● Unparalleled Views: Because of its location at the highest point in Beverly Hills, the homes at Trousdale Estates offer
panoramic views of the City.
People & Lifestyle
Celebrities such as Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, Richard Nixon, and Groucho Marx all lived in the community. In more recent years, Jane Fonda and Richard Perry, Charlie Puth, and Jennifer Aniston have all purchased homes in the neighborhood. Almost every home comes with a swimming pool. Because of its 24-hour security and secluded location, it’s a popular place for A-listers, wealthy families, and high net worth individuals.
