Hilary Stevens was raised in the Little Holmby neighborhood of Los Angeles. She received a BA in Communications from UC Berkeley and MBA (marketing specialization) from the Graduate School of Business, Columbia University. Hilary holds a real estate license both in California and Connecticut, where she is affiliated with William Raveis Real Estate – the largest independent real estate company in New England.
In 2010, Hilary earned the Graduate Realty Institute designation after completing an intensive 14 course series. She is also a Certified Negotiator and a Member of the National Trust For Historical Preservation’s Real Estate Program. In 2003 she created “Old House School,” a lecture series on antique and historic home ownership.
She is proud to sponsor Warner Avenue Elementary School, her alma mater, and is an active supporter of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Los Angeles Conservancy, Civil War Preservation Trust, The Alzheimer’s Association, UC Berkeley and Brentwood School.
Hilary provides her clients real estate consulting based on old-school service. “In recent years, real estate’s collective concept of service has dramatically changed. Now it is based more on ‘how fast’ rather than ‘how well.'” Hilary’s clients enjoy an intelligent, informative approach to what can be a complex, multi-faceted transaction.
