WSJ Reports on International Buyers

The Wall Street Journal posted an article about the influx of International Buyers in the luxury real estate world.  It mentions my recent business trip to China:

Beverly Hills-based broker Joyce Rey traveled to Beijing in October, arranging a reception at an art gallery where photographs of homes priced between $10 million and $125 million were displayed around the room like artwork.

There is an interesting focus on the Chinese market in particular as housing costs skyrocket over there, capable buyers are looking internationally at markets that seem like a comparative bargain.
