Saturday evening, we were hosted by Bruce Zipf, CEO of NRT, and lstdibs to a wonderful Italian dinner to put us in the mood.
Late Saturday night, I saw Jazz at Lincoln Center with Malin Giddings from San Francisco.
The meetings on Sunday were exceptional with a welcome by our wonderful President, Betty Graham and an affluent consumer survey overview from the Luxury Institute LLC, followed by Tom Ferry, New York Times best selling author, and foremost national real estate coach. The afternoon was topped off by each of the top agents sharing their secrets to success.
Sunday evening was an elegant National Previews Networking event at Cipranis, which is one of New York’s finest architectural spaces, and we were gifted with a special piece of crystal from Tiffanys.
I dined with special New York friends in a late night dinner Sunday evening a Elios.
Monday night was most exciting as 2500 Coldwell Banker agents filled Avery Fisher Hall at the Lincoln Center for a three hour session including the latest digital developments and a presentation by Budge Huskey, International President of Coldwell Banker. I was honored to be an announcer and introduce one of the special guests. Our manager, Steve Lewis, hosted all of the agents from the Beverly Hills South office at an exquisite dinner at one of New York’s most sought after restaurants, Jean Georges, located in our fabulous Trump Tower Hotel on Central Park where we had beautiful views of the park.
My favorite breakout session was “The 10 Steps To Getting The Listing Every Time”, and my favorite presenter was Sean M. Carpenter.
Because business is so brisk, I had to depart the conference early to get back to business in Beverly Hills.
