#1 New Years Resolution

I just finished reading a great article in the Berkeley Wellness Letter stating that the 7-minute workout really works and is as valuable as a 30 minute one. I am linking a description of the scientific seven minute workout. All of us can find seven minutes in a day to do a work out so let’s see if we can manage it in 2016.
