A powerful force in the Residential and Commercial real estate industry, Debra Smalley owned her own company for over 15 years and headed a large commercial investment group in West Hollywood. She announced her association with Coldwell Banker and Joyce Rey in February 2007.

Debra first graduated with a degree in early child development from The Center for Early Education, and became a teacher at the Center for Early Education in Los Angeles. She went on to work with children who had learning disabilities and behavioral problems through the Thalians Center at Cedars Sinai Hospital.

Her clients are established in the music, motion picture, television, fashion, design, multi-media and interactive high tech industries and Debra represents Buyers and Sellers in estates, homes, ranches and condominiums.

Debra is well respected by Fortune 500 Companies, Paramount Studios, 20th Century Fox, Dream Works, Dino DeLaurentis, William Morris, New Line Cinema, Complete Post, Tapestry Films, Dark Light Pictures and also works with many entertainment managers and artists such as Bob Dylan, Michael Jackson, Elton John, Tim Allen and Drew Carey to name a few.

Some of the charitable activities of her involvement are: City of Hope, Stop Cancer, The Jewish Home, Project Angel Food, Cedars Sinai Hospital.
