Ben has spent the lion's share of his career in the entertainment business - as the founder of one of the largest broadcast quality production and postproduction houses in the Southwest, as the owner and CEO of the corporation which for years held NASA's master television contract, and as a successful screenwriter and Academy Award nominated documentary producer.

His graduate studies in the School of Architecture at the University of Texas at Austin led to an enduring love and appreciation for clean, pure architectural design and expression ... while decades of experience as a successful business owner, corporate board member and executive contribute to excellent contract and negotiating skills. All these abilities, coupled with a genuine enjoyment of great books, film, art, and people are brought to bear in finding discerning clients the perfect home. Rapport is the soul of partnership.

The father of two extraordinary daughters, Ben lived for many years in Santa Fe where he also held a New Mexico Broker's License and served on the non-profit boards of Rio Grande School and Shakespeare in Santa Fe.
